You subscribe to one of our plans, and we start working on your reporting. We ensure high success rate by specializing only in E-commerce and SaaS companies. Additionally, we work only with a certain range of tools. This approach helps us to stay focused, so we can deliver valuable outcomes on time.

What is a “kickoff package”?

It’s a paid 2 weeks service. During this period, our team works on organizing your data and preparing the necessary tools with you, so we can set the foundation for your future reporting needs. The kickoff package is non-refundable.

Will I own my data?

Absolutely! You will own your data and store it in the data source that you own. We recommend using Google BigQuery if you want to store all the data in one warehouse, and add us as a user, so we can set up necessary data pipelines.

Who owns tools that will power my reporting?

100% you. This ensures you can manage access to these tools, manage spending, and keep having access to everything you need if you decide to pause or cancel your subscription with us. You will need to create accounts in the tools and invite us to join your account.

We will create a Trello board and share it with you. You create tasks in Trello and we will work on tasks according to the subscription plan. Every time a task is completed, you will be notified.
